Who is The Stress Detective?
In 1991 after suffering injuries from a car accident, I thought my doctors would  help me get well.  I thought that meant I had no say about what would happen to my life or my body.  I was wrong.  Eight years later I discovered I was the only one with the power to control my health and wellness and I began to take charge after my doctors failed miserably at helping me get well.  Learning how to manage my stress triggers was the key to getting my body to release the symptoms of chronic pain and nerve damage and I began my journey towards wellness. 
 
Since 2001 I have discovered natural ways to support the body in it's desire to get well and stay well and I share that with you in my upcoming book "The Stress Detective's Guide to Wellness - A Common Sense Approach to Getting Well and Staying Well - Naturally"  Sign up above for an abridged version of the book, to be released in 2010.   I hate SPAM as much as you do and I promise I will never sell, trade or display your contact information.
